COVID19 FAQ & Official Response

Official response to coronavirus threat.

 

Dear Customers,

because of questions about our work, we are letting you know that we are working normally. We have increased safety of our staff. Because of the COVID-19 crisis, we have opted for greater security and a changed way of sending shipments.

If you've placed an online order with us recently or If you are considering placing an order with us, we will continue to work as hard as we can to get packages to you as soon as possible. However, the packages will go out 2 times per week only.

If you have kite gear to repair please don't come here personally, send it to us.

If you are living on affected areas, where national delivery is an issue, we advise you to use DHL shipping.

 

Update 24.3.2020 - our national post is limiting shipments of all economy shipments outside our country. We temporarly removed economy shipments from shipping options. We're advising you to choose DHL for shipping.

 

 

This changed way of work is in effect until further notice.
