ULTRA REPAIR PATCH APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
S1. Cut patch to correct size with scissors allowing for the patch size to extend 2cm beyond all edges of the tear. You can overlap patches but make sure that they overlap min. 2cm. Round patch corners.
S2. Peel back 1-2cm of paper liner (do not peel off the back liner completely)
S3. Stick to position the first 1-2cm part of the patch, make sure that it overlap the tear for at least 2cm. Slowly peel back the liner while carefully applying the patch over the tear. Work out all the air bubbles (less bubbes better the bond). Apply pressure to the patch from the centre to the edges.
Follow S1- S3 to the other side of the repair if applicable.
KITE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
If you can't appy patch nicely on the kite's bladder and you have some wrinkles in the bond, we advise you to apply a thin layer of our PU glue around the patch edges, then leave the repair to cure overnight!
