1. Delivery Times

Please note that we need some time for making of the goods and preparation for shipment of goods:

* 24-48h - goods are in stock, shipping within 24-48h.

* 1-3 days - custom products such as kite lines and kite bladders

Delays may happen if product is not in stock, peak of season, or in case of other unforseen event such as, for instance, bladder did not pass Quality Control (QC) check, machine failures, natural disasters etc...

NOT INSURED (NO REFUND in case of damaged, lost or not delivered!), very limited tracking only. Not recomended for time cruicial deliveries or shipments outside EU.

Standard DHL insurance:

 

- 19USD/kg for international shipments

- 8.33USD/kg for EU shipments

 

Standard insurance does not cover damage of fragile goods and kite bladders if shipped in envelopes!

Extra insurance is possible: +10€ for package value up to 1000€ and +1% for value over 1000€

 

3. Shipping Terms & Conditions

 

This T&C is an inseparatable part of General Terms & Conditions found here.

All goods are, unless otherwise specified or communicated, in stock.

Our service will prepare the goods or services within an agreed timetable.

Shipping costs differs on weight and per package/carton only.

 

Delivery door-to-door Sub-contractors:

- Economy Letter (cost effective air mail, very limited tracking & no insurance if damaged or lost!, for small shipments up to 2kg).

- DHL - recommended (worldwide exress delivery, basic insurance included, more insurance on request only).

- DPD (Slovenia/EU only with tracking, basic insurance up to 520€, possible to deliver worldwide). More insurance on request only.

- Self pickup (ex-worx, if buyer wants to do the pickup by their currier, +10€ handling fee)

 

Actual delivery times are dependant on the shipping company and may vary. All delivery times are only of informational purposes. We are not responsible if the shipping company did not deliver the goods in specified times and the refund is not possible.

The package is shipped when all items purchased from us, are in stock. Despite efforts to maintain a sufficient level of inventory is possible that what the article runs out. In this case, the buyer is informed of the date of delivery of product.

If the buyer does not agree with the new time of delivery or installation or his product can not be guaranteed in the long term, may buy part or in may cancel the order. If the buyer wants it to have items that are in stock send and missing items send later separately, buyer needs to cover additional shipping costs as well.

Return part or all of the proceeds shall be made in accordance with the rules on withdrawal from the purchase.

Despite the efforts that our site remains up to date as much as possible it may happen that we do not have any item in stock, despite the notice on the page. This is a pre-apologize for any inconvenience.

We send tracking numbers only on request. With economy the postman in your country should leave a notice in your mailbox. We advise, if the goods are not delivered in 6 working days, you contact us for the tracking, to check where is the package.

Different limits and conditions may apply for chosen shipping option or country. Customs and other post shiping costs, far island shipping, or costs which may occour in the shipping proccess after pro-forma or order is paid, covers the buyer, if not stated otherwise.

Buyer obligation is to check for the package external damage prior opening the package. Buyer must file damage report on the If the package is damaged or the goods are damaged as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after package received.

Buyer must send us hi-quality picture proofs of the damaged items and must store the goods as described in section 10. of General T&C.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss if the package is not insured. We will not cover any loss if the shipment is not insured.

Envelope is ment to be used for small parts shipping only - we do not cover any damage if kite bladders or fragile goods are shipped in ENVELOPES!

With economy shipments we can issue only shipment tracking after 1 (one) month of non-delivery to the customer. The result waiting time may be up to 2 months (national shipping laws) and with no guarantee that the shipment will be found or compaint solved in our favour!

With other shipping partners the claim case is normally concluded after 2-4 weeks. 

Buyer will be credited up to insured value only if case is closed in our favour.

Buyer can decide if the goods are made again or wants credit return. In case of credit return buyer needs to specify the account info.

Buyer needs to cover the difference between credit and RRP prices of the product and new shipping costs, If buyer wants new goods to be shipped again and the goods was not fully insured.

If buyer is in hurry to receive the goods, we can make the goods again only by full pre-payment. Buyer's credit will be returned in 8 working days after reception of the returned goods or case closed in our favour.

If buyer receive goods from original order after credit return, buyer needs to return the credit in 8 working days.

If buyer receive goods from original order after re-order is delivered, buyer can return original order based on General T&C (section 7).

In case shipment is un-claimed by the buyer because of any reason, the buyer needs to cover both return shipping and re-shipping costs.

We reserve the right to change the shipping prices without prior notice.
