Delivery times consist of Making time and actual Shipping time by given carrier. All delivery times are stated in working days only (without weekends and national holidays) and are informative purposes only.
We do not guarantee any Shipping times from carriers and we are not responsible if the shipping company did not deliver the goods in specified times, refund in such cases is not possible.
All shipment pricing is calculated in real time based on volume weight or actual weight, whichever is bigger. We deserve a right of shipping price change if ordered products won't fit in package chosen by system (should be very rarely).
Shipments are not insured or are only basically insured (depends on chosen carrier), unless you extra insure it upon checkout. We have no obligation to refund any shipment if it's not insured.
1. Making Times
All finished goods are, unless otherwise specified or communicated, in stock. Please note that we need some time for making of the goods and preparation for shipment of goods:
* 1-3 working days - finished goods are in stock
* 1-5 working days - custom products such as kite lines and kite bladders
Delays may happen if product is not in stock, large order, peak of season, or in case of other unforseen event such as, for instance, bladder did not pass Quality Control (QC) check, machine failures, natural disasters etc...
You can speed up making time (but not delivery time!) by taking Priority order in case of urgency. Please check Priority conditions in case you choose it.
Our service will prepare the goods or services within an agreed timetable.
The goods are shipped when all items purchased from us, are in stock and/or made. Despite efforts to maintain a sufficient level of inventory is possible that what the product runs out. In this case, the buyer is informed of the date of delivery of product. Buyer have the option to wait until all product are back in stock or to make several deliveries on buyer expense or refund the parts not on stock.
2. Shipping Options & Times
A. ECONOMY (ENVELOPE) Shipments
All products are packed in standard letters, protected with air bubbles foil. We do not recommend using this options for fragile goods, such as bladders, valves, etc.
This is International post system and is very poorly tracked, please do not contact us if there's nothing to track withing their system. What you can do is to check also your national post tracking system if your the shipment Not recomended for time cruicial deliveries or shipments outside EU.
Economy shipments are NOT INSURED (NO REFUND in case of damaged, lost or not delivered!), however you can insure it for values up to 100€. Please note that it takes time to receive confirmation about a refund back from international post system (normally about 3 weeks, up to 2 months by law). In case shipment is insured we can do refund only after post gives positive feedback and only up to 100€ is refunded.
Informational only shipping days: EU (2-12), Non-EU (4-14), Worldwide (8-45).
B. DHL Shipments
Products are packed in DHL official envelopes or carton boxes, depends chosen option.

Standard DHL insurance for uninsured shipments:
- 19USD/kg for international shipments
- 8.33USD/kg for EU shipments
Standard insurance does not cover damage of fragile goods and kite bladders if shipped in envelopes!
Extra insurance is possible upon order checkout.
Self pickup (ex-worx) option is available, if buyer wants to do the pickup by their currier (mind +10€ handling fee).
Return part or all of the proceeds shall be made in accordance with the rules on withdrawal from the purchase.
Import customs & tax costs and other post shiping costs such as emergency and fuel costs, remote locations or costs which may occour during shipping proccess after pro-forma or order is paid, covers the buyer, if not stated otherwise.
Buyer obligation is to check for the package external damage prior opening the package. Buyer must file damage report on the If the package is damaged or the goods are damaged as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after package received.
Buyer must send us hi-quality picture proofs of the damaged items and must store the goods as described in section 10. of General T&C.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss if the package is not insured. We will not cover any loss if the shipment is not insured.
Envelope is ment to be used for small parts shipping only - we do not cover any damage if kite bladders or fragile goods are shipped in ENVELOPES!
With economy shipments we can issue only shipment tracking after 1 (one) month of non-delivery to the customer. The result waiting time may be up to 2 months (national shipping laws) and with no guarantee that the shipment will be found or compaint solved in our favour!
With other shipping partners the claim case is normally concluded after 2-4 weeks.
Buyer will be credited up to insured value only if case is closed in our favour. Buyer can decide if the goods are made again or wants credit return. In case of credit return buyer needs to specify the account info and cover bank transaction costs.
If buyer is in hurry to receive the goods, we can make the goods again only by full pre-payment. Buyer's credit will be returned in 8 working days after reception of the returned goods or case closed in our favour.
If buyer receive goods from original order after credit return, buyer needs to return the credit in 8 working days or if receive goods from original order after re-order is delivered, buyer can return original order based on General T&C (section 7).
In case shipment is un-claimed by the buyer because of any reason, the buyer needs to cover both return shipping and re-shipping costs.
We reserve the right to change the Delivery policy and shipping prices without prior notice.
It is in our best interest of solving delivery claims in buyer interest whenever possible. However we strongly advise you, before taking any actions to contact us here with your claim. We will instruct you per e-mail how to proceed within 5 working days.
