Our privacy policy also details how we use and publish this information. We take your privacy very seriously and will never sell lists or email addresses to any third parties. This privacy policy takes precedence and pertains to – and respects – all information that we collected or will collect about and/or from you. If applicable, we employ separate terms of use for which we will always ask separate, deliberate permission. We process and protect personal information with the utmost care and attention. Whenever we process personal data, we comply with relevant regulations, including the GDPR.   General Information about Cookies, SessionStorage and LocalStorage Cookies, SessionStorage and LocalStorage are standardised ways for a website to store a small file of letters and numbers in your browser. These are typically used to remember your preferences, perform security checks, perform analytics, to recognise you as a unique user as you move from one page to another, and to issue you with a secret key when you login that authorises you to access areas of the website that are specific to you or only viewable to logged in users. By default, it is not possible for one website to access the first-party cookies, LocalStorage or SessionStorage stored by another website, however if two websites make requests to the same third-party web domain, then that third party can store a cookie on the one website and access it on the other (these are known as “third party cookies”). Please note that our website will provide you the best service only if you allow Cookies.   The Dr.Tuba Websites The Dr.Tuba websites (currently hosted at http://drtuba.eu) includes the Dr.Tuba corporate website, it's content and online tools as may be modified from time to time (the “Website”). Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it when you are interacting with the Website. The term websites refers to the website itself, web pages, interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social media, social media tabs or other online or mobile content that links to this privacy policy. This online content can be displayed on a computer, smartphone or another type of device or in a different manner. By offering our services, we can collect personal information about a website visitor, user, person or email address on or related to a distribution list or subscriber. Our Website contains social sharing buttons and links to and from other websites. Please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.   Information We Collect & How We Use It Dr.Tuba doesn’t make money from ads. So we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. The tracking we do at Dr.Tuba is to make our product work as well as possible. In order to give you the best possible experience using Dr.Tuba, we collect information from your interactions with our network. Some of this information, you actively tell us (such as your email address, which we use to track your account or communicate with you). Other information, we collect based on actions you take while using Dr.Tuba, such as what pages you access and your interactions with our product shop (like your name, address, phone number and any other insformation needed to send you the goods or to point you to the right direction). This information also includes records of those interactions, your Internet Protocol address, information about your device (such as device or browser type), and referral information. We use this information to: - provide, test, improve, promote and personalize Dr.Tuba Services- fight spam and other forms of abuse- generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how people use Dr.Tuba Services- able to send you our products- communicate with you about our products and services by email or other ways- keep sales records because of legal obligations (to meet our tax liability) When you create your Dr.Tuba account, and authenticate with a third-party service (like Facebook or Google) we may collect, store, and periodically update information associated with that third-party account, such as your lists of friends or followers. We will never publish through your third-party account without your permission.   Information that You Voluntarily Provide to Us When you make use of our platform, sign up for one of our newsletters, events or other services, consult our customer service team, send us an email, reply to a blog, integrate our service with a different website or service (e.g. when you link your e-commerce account to Dr.Tuba) or communicate with us in any other way, you voluntarily provide information to us, which we collect. Depending on where and for what purpose you enter this information, it contains: your name, address, personal information, general information pertaining to your organisation and position, user data, payment information and information pertaining to your interests/lifestyle characteristics. By providing this information to us, you agree to let us gather, use and store this information for the purpose in question.   Information that we collect automatically If you are a user of our platform, if you signed up for one of our newsletters, events or other services or visit our websites, we collect information from you. Depending on how you contact us, this information contains your IP address, your operating system, your browser ID, your browser activity and other information pertaining to your visit to our website(s). We collect this information as part of our log files, but also through the use of cookies or other tracking technologies. For more detailed information, refer to our cookie policy below.   Personal Information that We Receive in Order to Send Information When a subscriber uses the “forward to a friend” link or when a website visitor uses the “share this article” option, we permit the subscriber/website visitor to share our email and/or website content with the person whose personal information the subscriber/website visitor entered. We will use this information only once to send them the requested information.   Information from Other Sources We may receive information about you, e.g. your name, email address, demographical information, IP addresses, location and your use of social media platforms, by performing a search on the internet or using (third-party) tools.   Sales and Marketing Purposes Like any organisation, we want to acquire new clients and retain existing ones. Dr.Tuba therefore uses personal information to send contacts email and/or text messages or contact them via telephone. We also send out questionnaires, host events and set up other campaigns such as DM activities and ad campaigns. We do not release personal information to third parties, unless you give us unequivocal permission to do so, although we can use your profile/interests to find similar profiles. We sometimes personalise our emails and other communications to make them more relevant.   The Rights of the Person Involved Under the GDPR, every person (the person involved) whose information is being processed has a number of rights. We do our best to meet these requirements at all times. If you have any tips or remarks, please let us know! - Information and insight: it goes without saying that you can gain insight into which personal information of yours we process.- Rectification: if you believe the information we have on you is incorrect, please let us know so we can update it.- Right to be forgotten: you can ask us to temporarily or permanently delete your personal information. We may still need your information for other (e.g. administrative or judicial) purposes.- Limitation: if you believe we are unlawfully or incorrectly processing your personal information, you can limit our processing of your information.- Objection: you can object in writing (via email or regular mail) to the processing of your personal information. We will treat your request with care and get back to you as soon as possible.- Transferability: this is a new right under the GDPR, which you can exercise if you want to transfer your personal information. Although this will (probably) not be relevant for us, we would be happy to answer any questions you have about this matter.- Slovenian Data Protection Authority: we would we happy to help if you have any complains about your personal information. Slovenian privacy legislation gives you the right to submit your complaint to the Slovenian Data Protection Authority (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot)).   Information Disclosure Dr.Tuba won’t transfer information about you to third parties for the purpose of providing or facilitating third-party advertising to you. We won’t sell information about you. We may share your account information with third parties in some circumstances, including: (1) with your consent; (2) to a service provider or partner who meets our data protection standards; (3) with academic or non-profit researchers, with aggregation, anonymization, or pseudonomization; (4) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process; (5) when we have a good faith belief that doing so will help prevent imminent harm to someone. If we are going to share your information in response to legal process, we’ll give you notice so you can challenge it (for example by seeking court intervention), unless we’re prohibited by law or believe doing so may endanger others. We will object to requests for information about users of our services that we believe are improper.   Data Storage Dr.Tuba uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run Dr.Tuba. We maintain two types of logs: server logs and event logs. By using Dr.Tuba Services, you authorize Dr.Tuba to transfer, store, and use your information in the Slovenia and any other country where we operate.   Third-Party Embeds Some of the content that you see displayed on Dr.Tuba is not hosted by Dr.Tuba. These “embeds” are hosted by a third-party and embedded in Dr.Tuba. For example: YouTube or Vimeo videos, Imgur or Giphy gifs, SoundCloud audio files, Twitter tweets, GitHub code, or Scribd documents that appear within a Dr.Tuba post. These files send data to the hosted site just as if you were visiting that site directly (for example, when you load a Dr.Tuba post page with a YouTube video embedded in it, YouTube receives data about your activity). Dr.Tuba does not control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they will do with it. So, third-party embeds on Dr.Tuba are not covered by this privacy policy. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service. Some embeds may ask you for personal information, such as your email address, through a form. We do our best to keep bad actors off of Dr.Tuba. However, if you choose to submit your information to a third party this way, we don’t know what they may do with it. As explained above, their actions are not covered by this Privacy Policy. So, please be careful when you see embedded forms on Dr.Tuba asking for your email address or any other personal information. Make sure you understand who you are submitting your information to and what they say they plan to do with it. We suggest that you do not submit personal information to any third-party through an embedded form. If you embed a form that allows submission of personal information by users, you must provide near the embedded form a prominent link to an applicable Privacy Policy that clearly states how to you intend to use any information collected. Failure to do so may lead Dr.Tuba to disable the post or take other action to limit or disable your account.   Tracking & Cookies We use browser cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you return to our Services. We use them in various ways, for example to log you in, remember your preferences (such as default language, or "Remember Me" setting for log in), evaluate email effectiveness, allow paying services to function, and personalize content and other information. Dr.Tuba doesn’t track you across the Internet. We track only your interactions within the Dr.Tuba network (which encompasses drtuba.eu and custom domains hosted by Dr.Tuba). Some third-party services that we use to provide the Dr.Tuba Service, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by Dr.Tuba only and not the use of cookies by third parties. Dr.Tuba complies with the EU GDPR directive. For logged-out users Dr.Tuba’s analytics will not receive data about you, but we will do some first-party tracking in order to customize content and provide data to third-party service providers that enable Dr.Tuba Services to work.   What types of Cookies are There? There are four types of cookies that are used on Dr.Tuba’s websites. Essential: these cookies are essential to ensure that Dr.Tuba’s websites perform well. They allow you to navigate our websites and make use of the features we offer. These cookies do not identify users as individuals. If you use multiple devices to visit Webpower’s websites (e.g. your computer, smartphone, tablet, etcetera), you must ensure that every device’s browser settings are customised to suit your cookie preferences.   Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information If you have a Dr.Tuba account, you can access, modify or export your personal information, or delete your account in "My Profile" section of our Shop. To protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, and to prevent loss of our website due to possible internet attacks, we may maintain residual copies for a brief time period. But, if you delete your account, your information and content will be unrecoverable after that time.   Data Security No data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account. When you place an order, your user is automatically created, to access and track your order status. It is strongly advisable that you change the password from default one you received by email.   Business Transfers If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets such that your information would be transferred or become subject to a different privacy policy, we’ll notify you in advance so you can opt out of any such new policy by deleting your account before transfer.   Email from Dr.Tuba Sometimes we’ll send you emails about your account, service changes or new policies. You can’t opt out of this type of “transactional” email (unless you delete your account). But, you can opt out of non-administrative emails such as digests, newsletters, and activity notifications through your account’s “My Profile” page. We promise that we will never send more than 1 newsletter monthly to you. When your interact with an email sent from Dr.Tuba (such as opening an email or clicking on a particular link in an email), we may receive information about that interaction. We won’t email you to ask for your password or other account information. If you receive such an email, please send it to us so we can investigate.   Changes to this Policy Dr.Tuba reserves the right to modify this privacy policy. Any changes will be communicated on this page. We may modify the content of this privacy policy at any time. The most recent version is indicated by the the date found at the top of this privacy policy. All updates and changes enter into force immediately.
