Dr.Tuba and Cabrinha have announced a new manufacturing partnership. Under this agreement Dr.Tuba becomes the official licensed manufacturer of replacement bladders and adhesive valves for Cabrinha kites and wings.
Under this agreement, we become the official licensed manufacturer of replacement bladders and adhesive valves for Cabrinha kites and wings from model year 2021 onward.
Production takes place at our European facility using official Cabrinha specifications and original Cabrinha valves and fittings. Each bladder is manufactured from high quality TPU material and individually pressure tested before shipping.
Thanks to our made-to-order production system, most replacement bladders can be manufactured within just a few working days and shipped worldwide. This significantly reduces waiting times compared to traditional supply chains that rely on large inventories and long manufacturing cycles.
In addition to licensed production for recent models, we maintain an extensive archive of Cabrinha bladder blueprints from earlier model years. This allows many older Cabrinha kites to remain serviceable with newly manufactured replacement bladders.
We also produce Cabrinha adhesive replacement valves. These valves are mounted on Tear Aid Type A adhesive bases and packed in protective clam shells for reliable storage and installation.
Our goal with this cooperation is simple: help riders, repair centers and retailers get equipment back on the water quickly and safely.

* we use Cabrinha's original valves for any bladder model year 2020 and higher. We do upgrade their pre-2020 models with our high quality Unipump valve system, which replaces their old black one pump valve. Valve types used on all bladders are always listed on product details page.
