What Priority service does

Priority service accelerates production and internal order handling only. Orders are processed ahead of standard orders, following a first in, first out rule among priority orders.

With Priority service, standard production time is typically 1 to 3 working days, depending on the season and current workload.

This applies mainly to custom manufactured products such as replacement bladders and sewn line sets. These products require manufacturing and overnight quality control, which always applies even with Priority service.

What Priority service does not do

Priority service does not include or guarantee courier delivery times. Shipping transit time depends entirely on the courier and service selected at checkout.

Delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates only. We do not guarantee third party delivery times.

Orders are not processed on weekends, public holidays, or announced vacation periods.

When Priority service is most useful

Priority service is useful when you are preparing for a trip, returning rental or school equipment to service, or need to reduce downtime.

For time critical shipments, we strongly recommend DHL Express. Economy shipping is not suitable for urgent delivery.

Priority service Terms & Conditions

1. Priority service applies to production and order handling only. It does not include or guarantee courier delivery times.
2. Orders placed and paid before 09:00 CET on a working day enter production the same day.
3. Orders placed and paid after 09:00 CET enter production on the next working day.
4. Priority orders are processed ahead of standard orders, following a first in, first out rule among priority orders.
5. Standard production time with priority service is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the season and current workload.
6. Custom products such as replacement bladders and sewn line sets require manufacturing and overnight quality control. These products are produced first in the queue, but production and testing time always applies.
7. Priority service shortens production time only. Courier transit time depends entirely on the shipping method selected at checkout.
8. Delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates only. We do not guarantee third party delivery times.
9. For time critical shipments, we strongly recommend DHL Express. Economy shipping is not suitable for urgent delivery.

11. Priority service does not override production requirements, quality control procedures, or safety checks.
